Julianna,
I feel the OCA has no mandate to exist; that is to exist as anything other than a Russian church under the MP.
I also feel that some officials in the Church Abroad do not want to re-unite with the MP at all, or at any time.
I do believe the four areas that were spelled out by the Synod as those things that were preventing a reunification have been met. Where is the progress by the Church Abroad recently?
If the MP were to ignore their agreement with the OCA and form churches in the US, you would some in the Church Abroad go to the MP.
Changes are happening already; things that I do not want to discuss on this forum...
