What is the standard on revising a statement or making a declaration on a topic? I am asking because I have no idea.
BTW, thank you for providing those resources. That is an excellent statement made by the AOM. The Orthodox Talks series was one of my first exposures to the faith as an WO Inquirer, and I have listened to the entire series.

I honestly don't really care. If the synod declares that they retract the previous communique which was made in error, and either take down the old one or preferably slap a disclaimer on it stating that it has been retracted and where to read the update, then I'm happy as a chappy. The retraction should simply mention that the old position is retracted and what the new position is--namely that the faithful should be instructed not to take it--with some kind of explanation as to why.
Remember, people are still being injected with this filth. It is not over and there is no excuse for keeping up a henoticon which tells priests not to talk about it. This matter affects souls.
In fairness covidism was so extreme and so badly handled that there should be a universal condemnation for all the faithful to read. If there were an Oecumenical Council I would want it to be on the agenda.
I would also want it to address the matter which has now come to our attention, of all recently developed vaccines of all types being made from (not tested on but made from) aborted children. This should be absolutely condemned even more than the RNA shots. As in, you are not allowed to give your children MMR shots. You are not allowed to take tetanus shots. You are not allowed to take (with minimal exceptions) chickenpox or shingles shots. You are not allowed to take HPV shots. Most of these things aren't even really proven to work in any way. (And I can promise you that it is easy to cook “scientific” testing regardless.)
Numerous other medicines are affected. That darling of anti-vaxers, the monoclonal antibody so beloved by alternative media in the past four years, should be condemned from the bell tower of every church.
But if we can just start with retracting the henoticon, that would be already correcting the mistake which is currently in effect.
