I have an important question;
So, there is this giant thing that happened in Iceland before during and after the Great Schism.
There were alot of Saints who were orthodox and did not accept the Pope.
However after the Great Schism, the Papists took over Iceland, so they changed the history so that these Saints would not be known(Same thing happened with Norway.).
And they rejected the Pope and were hidden by the Papacy.
One example of this is Kolbeinn who wrote "Heyr Himnasmidur"
Which is a hymn that is not in Latin but in Icelandic, and is not Gregorian, but in the Znamenny Church Slavonic type.
