Francis of Assisi were revolting against Benedictine monasticism. Indeed the Dominicans, Franciscans and Jesuits revolted against the Benedictines during the Renaissance. Francis brought emotions to the fore as far as spirituality. The Jesuits built on this.

Francis of Assisi. His main goal was to embrace poverty and work with the poor. This was taken up in the 20th century by liberation theology which discounted theological dogma and embraced the poor.

To share with all became the byword and socialism on the governmental level especially in Latin ...

it is true the Soviets will not do this (sculptures to the new martyrs. It will happen when we have a new and true Tsar. We can only pray for that.

Is this the new sculpture of St. Vladimir in Moscow? If so- these sculptures need to increase of the saints to replace the public sculptures of Lenin etc. We have plenty of New Martyrs and scenes from the Gulag to decorate our public places with. But this sculpture would be ineffective in a church ...
