Those numbers are almost two generations old. Unless two generations of True Orthodox around the world all entered a suicide cult instead of marrying and having children, that number is exponentially higher.

The tradition in the Church has long been that all feasts should be rested from work. Medieval serfs usually took all important and even semi-important feasts off. Only in our secularist productivity-driven age have we prioritized work over Church.
