I did research on OrthodoxWiki (not the most reliable but couldn't find another source) here's the link it's under "Dispute Over Grace" I forgot to mention when he signed and was kicked out of the Synod, he was accepted back in 1985 where he was giving the title "Metropolitan of Astoria".
