I am pretty much immune from the tides of current social behavior. But i couldn't help noticing the
RAVING news headline about Kate Middleton [YAWN, I don't like her anyway] as having bounced back
immediately after a birth.
The articles would say : "See PICTURES !", trying to FORCE the world to bow down and worship some phony goddess
for one virtue only : this.

Then there was another woman celebrity who was fawned over for the exact same thing and likewise
the caption "See Pictures !"
Who cares ?
Who would waste their time assessing some stranger's waistline ?

I see it as Media Conditioning of the public to do what this Matt described so well : force ALL American women to emulate
horrible role models [Kate Middleton, all fake-"stars", Twiggy....].
And not want to have children out of indoctrinated shame about how they may look immediately afterward.
