Will the Solomon's Temple be Rebuilt a Third Time?

Recently a video was posted that showed a rabbi in Israel with noisy machinery, clouds of dust and so forth and men busily at work. The rabbi explained that what was going on was the building of a replica Solomon's Temple as part of the school they were building for boys who were verifiably sons of Aaron, who alone are authorised by the law of Moses to be priests. (Often this has in part been maintained by family names like Cohen, Kahane, Aaronson, etc). There they will be taught all that they need to know to offer up daily sacrifices and follow the feasts and perform all the rituals required under the law. They also have prepared the ephods, breastplates (with real gold and jewels), and the vessels, and are even quarrying the stones that will one day be needed to build the actual Third Temple.
But will they succeed?
Here are some quotes from the fathers and early Church historians that seem to suggest it will NEVER be rebuilt, and that the prophecies of New Testament Scripture that the Antichrist will enter into the "Holy Place" and cause the "daily oblation to cease" refers ONLY to the forces of the Antichrist who like the soviets will desecrate the True Orthodox Churches of Christ God and try to extinguish ever True Eucharistic offering from the Earth.

On the other hand, I just found this quote from St. Ephraim the Syrian:
One of Antichrist's first objectives will be to attain popularity among the Jews: "He will succeed in completing the organization of the Jewish government and will set about realizing the age-old dream of the Jews--the restoration of the temple of Solomon." With the help of mass media and advanced communication technology, Antichrist will rapidly achieve world-wide renown, and his appeal will be irresistible: "When the many classes and the people see such virtues and power, suddenly all will conceive the same thought, and with great joy will proclaim him king, saying among themselves: 'Can another man so good and righteous be found?'" (St. Ephraim the Syrian).
Hence, it may be, that AC will achieve the rebuilding of the Temple. God will finally stand back and allow them, that their delusion will appear to have been achieved. God will give them their desire, like Israel of Old, in the desert who craved flesh, and disdained the manna from on high. God gave their desire to them to the full and more, but they choked on it and some died. On the other hand the language "will set about realizing the age-old dream of the Jews, the restoration of the temple of Solomon," this suggests not necessarily the fulfilment but perhaps only the attempt to do so. In time, whatever the case, it will be revealed.
