Are you familiar with this group? Can you shed any more light? Where did they come from? Did they leave "world Orthodoxy" at some point in time? Who ordained the priest? Do they have any relationship to any Old Calendar group? Is the priest accountable to anyone?

I don't understand well that it is this group, but according to them HOCNA recognizes them, I also did their priest in a pictures with bishops of ROCiE.. But I am confused in this respect.

Yes, that's two of our bishops, but as far as I can ascertain he's not in ROCiE/ROCOR-V.
