And I predict in time he'll even leave the Makarios synod to which he now allegedly belongs. He'll find out that someone in their clergy is not perfect, and than he'll leave them. And I predict that his current colleague, Archbishop Ambrose, will eventually abandon him after seeing how fiesty Gregory is.

Gregory of Colorado does not belong to the Makarios synod as he claims... In fact, he left the Makrios synod -being a simple monk- and joined the ROAC. Then, he was excommunicated and petitionned to be accepted back as a bishop in the Makarios synod but the latter refused...

I'm growing concerned about all the fighting among Orthodox Christians. Christ said "A house divided against itself cannot stand."
If Orthodoxy is going to have an impact upon our nation and world in the 21st century, we have got to show them something different and get our act together.
When I came to Orthodoxy I was on a high after reading the lives of the saints. But I had a reality check when I actually saw how pathetic the people were. Extremsist groups like Etna, Gregory in Colorado, etc has caused me to doubt the authenticity of Orthodox Christianity even in these days to be honest with you.
It's ironic how they hide behind a cloak of canons and dogma's (super-correctness) and try to defend the truth, but it can backfire and lead people away to the opposite direction if they are not careful.
Gregory believes everyone is without grace except he himself. And he teaches heretics can't be saved. This teaching has pushed me away from God because it would make Him a cruel tyrant if it was true. I couldn't in a good conscience devote myself to such a Being. Thankfully, Gregory and othere are wrong. But they need to be careful because I think they have the potential to drive people from the faith all together.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance for people to avoid Gregory and others like him as much as possible. They are extremely dangerous. It is people like him who have caused me to doubt the Orthodox Church.

As I suspected. You are one of those. You don't understand that the acts of men are imperfect. And yet you question the perfection of God's Laws.
Just because idiots can't live by God's Law..does that make God imperfect? NO! It makes man imperfect.
Why don't you turn to the writings of the holy fathers? Instead you put the actions of idiots as the definition of Orthodoxy.
Are you questioning Orthodoxy now?
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)
I reject Gregory so its not an issue with me. Archbishop Lazar talks about in this eight minute video how Latin theology produced atheism. The whole idea of such a cruel God (like Gregory implies by his convoluted theology) actually drives people away from God into the other direction of dispair and atheism.

Well Evfimy,
This teaching has pushed me away from God because it would make Him a cruel tyrant if it was true.
I don't know what you are trying to say, but from your comment here...it sounds like YOU are questioning God. I wasn't questioning Bp. Gregory, but your comment.
Why would you want to be pushed away from God? Because of insecurities of feeble-minded men?
The faith is beyond that. It is pure and right. But, we cause trouble because we distort the spiritual message.
What is it that pushes you away from God?
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)
