I keep on not understanding.... I cannot read Russian. So who could summarize the situation? Who is leaving? From whom? And why?

There is a problem because Archbishop Antony of L. A. and S. A. is also using the title of one of the dioceses of Canada, when he only had been apointed temporarily there after the repose of Archbishop Sergei, the bishops Varfolomei and Vladimir and Father Veniamin Zhukov and others doesn't recognize this ukaz because this decision has not been made by the synod. The ukaz was also apparently written in a paper with another letterhead different to the one usually used.

Is anyone else laughing  at this quote. how many "true" Orthodox Churches can there be? Perhaps this one can call itself the "Really true Orthodox Church" or maybe "The Truest of the True orthodox Church."

Really, someone needs to get a life. (Not you Ekaterina.) :D Sty. John of Kronstadt was right, schism begets schism.

Nicholas Trahan

I think that any schism, division or discord among orthodox Christian should cause our sadness, not our happiness, well, it is would be a Christian attitude, not everybody could have one of this.

It seems that it is prematurated to talk about a schism now... even if such thing would rejoice some people from ROCOR-L, OCA and other world orthodox.

I think that it is premature to speak of any schism, it usually happens sometimes this kind of things inside the churches. The case here is that the enemies from the "World Orthodoxy" and others could enlarge the things in order to defaming even more the True Orthodoxy.

God may not to allow any division.

Sorry, I don't read Russian either. It is not advisable for anyone to speculate in matters unknown to them.
