Oh, no no, Father Deacon "Buttinsky" is still right here.
Let's take out the syrup and I'll get to the offensive parts. Too bad my family life and history had to get dragged through the mud to get to this point. However, against my better judgment, I will simply forget it, and move on to the offensive points in this "obituary"....
But for all his extreme zeal and energies and devotion, Fr. Lawrence was regrettably caught up in all the church chaos, as were many many others....
Poor Lawrence, because of his 2-3 failed marriages, (before he became a monastic), as with many others who obeyed defrocked Fr. Herman....
....Then, about 2 years ago, without any clear reasons being given, Lawrence abruptly left ROCA and went to 'RTOC-Trenton', in Trenton, New Jersey, and was quietly re-ordained a priest, by RTOC-Trenton Bp. Stefan (Sabelnik), who he was under at the time of his death.
Fr. Lawrence was found dead, laying face down in the snow with snow on top of him, on his Etna Hermitage porch, by a neighbor, this December 1, apparently due to a heart attack while engaged in bringing in firewood to his home....
....He had been in poor health for a long time, it seems, and living a rather impoverished life, and alone, without any local congregation or friends to speak of, a true 'hermit', (his 4 children living far away), existing on mailed-donations and the sales of various photos of Fr. Seraphim and other pious printed materials.
He left, '100 pigeons and a number of other animals,' for his 4 children to find homes for.
...and may you finally find that rest and peace, that seemed to escape you, for much of your troubled life. What we do know, is that your last years were spent in deep repentance and soul-searching, preparing your soul for your passage.
All these so-called details, some true, some perhaps true, some of course political, but a lot of things that aren't necessary. Did Fr Lawrence not appear to be at peace? I know no one who said his soul was in some "troubled state", his "2 or 3 marriages", things that you didn't need to add. He got involved in "the church politics"? You should talk! All these things you write, are things that just seemed to blacken the picture of a good monk, and worse, it seems to be because someone who did his best to follow the royal path Fr Seraphim taught him personally didn't end up at the same place as you did.
Reconsider your OWN involvement in "church politics", and point not to speck in the eye of those in repose when you do not notice the plank in your own.
Here, I guess is a clearer opportunity for you three to reconsider how you write things about people, and again, get a confession. Seriously. Maybe editing out the ingratiating comments you can see what I am talking about.
Or not.
