It's kinda true...but not the massive pwn conservatives think it is. Yesterday's progressivism isn't “right wing,” it isn't “based,” and it isn't going to save anyone. Personally, if I were American I would never even recognise the concept of “foreign-born Americans.” Baking that idea into the system is what got you into this mess in the first place.
Sure, you can permit certain amounts of certain kinds of immigration, but the concept of naturalisation is how you end up with “Americans” like Elon importing H1-Bs by the millions while firing the entire American workforce. A foreigner can be with you, he can be against you, but he can't be you--that's dumb.
