Saw this earlier but thought it was not a wise thing to post at that time - don't want to give anyone any ideas.

Commenters are saying that these are Mossad agents under diplomatic cover, which is a common way to evade checking of luggage.

"Documented footage has revealed that authorities at Iran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport confiscated a suitcase belonging to a senior Dutch diplomat after he refused to allow it to undergo routine X-ray screening upon arrival.

According to informed sources, the diplomat departed the country shortly afterward without reclaiming the seized luggage. A second diplomat later appeared in an attempt to retrieve it.

When the suitcase was inspected in accordance with legal and diplomatic procedures, officials reportedly discovered Starlink satellite devices, satellite communication phones, and advanced wireless communication equipment inside."
