Hilux, not Helix. Very popular with farmers and the like. Rich city people who don't need a pickup and should have gotten an affordable little commuter instead, too.

Regarding the earlier post, OH OF COURSE, Hilux.
I KNEW there was a particular model of which I had always heard.
Tho Helix actually sounds more powerful, like the sun [though that's Helios], Hilux sounds like Ultra-Luxe ! Like that Dubai Mercedes which has a thread here elsewhere.
The Hiluxes have an undeniably neat look.

I'll get the Afghan name for the 14.5mm machine _un - i know how it sounds, but how to spell it approximately right ?

Oh, now i see Sava's reply which was on the previous page. Thank you !

So that's why the Hilux was never introduced to the American market, maybe ? It was Asian and European, I see. I like to understand these things, as I really enjoy cars.

Just like the Toyota Land Cruiser was the vehicle used by all the Iranian Pasdaran - nice new ones at the time I was there. I wonder what they have today ? -
but the Land Cruiser was not sold in the U.S. Though like you said with the Hilux, once in a long, long while, one sees a Land Cruiser here in the continental US.
I wonder whether that model is even made any more ? It WAS really nice.

By the way, almost all cars in Afghanistan are Toyotas, including passenger vehicles - these are the commuter vehicles eish recommends. Most all the Afghan Toyotas are white - I don't even know why.

You know, I haven't looked much in this column, since I am afraid i won't understand all this advanced, up to date stuff

But the pic of the Communist comparison chart is one I CAN grasp...!

What do you mean, though : are Communists now often hom...uals ??
OH OH !!!
Could you explain more - ? If this is accurate, it's an important trend of which to be aware

And does it apply to ex-Soviet Communists or any nationality, including U.S. ones ?? Hopefully there aren't any left here, but just in case.

In the West today large numbers of fags are communists and large numbers of communists are fags. Both are promoted by the political left.

In other news, I guess I'll put this out there for everyone who keeps supporting this guy even after he tells us what he stands for.
