Which language is this?

I would like to know in which language are written the following texts at this link, both right and left columns. Russian, Slavonic?

Left column is a text of service in Church-Slavonic language written with Modern Russian letters. Many church books are published like this.

Right column is the same text translated into Modern Russian.

Thank you. Is the Russian version normally understandable to any native Russian speaker?

Church-slavonic text in Russian letters is even easier to read than Church-slavonic text in Church-slavonic letters. And the meaning is the same.

But Modern Russian translation of Church-slavonic texts is usually not so deep as its old original. So if native Russian speaker reads text in Church-slavonic (in modern letters) for the first time, he will understand it only in parts. But I think this is mostly because of the ideas, but because of the language.
