the WO Diocese of Kosovo and Metohija under the Omophorion of Bishop Artemius (Artemije) who was the spiritual son of Saint Justin Popovich, has publicly on the dioceseal site regarding his stance against Ecumenism. here is the pdf. file in serbian

This bishop is very keen that Orthodox peoples of western origin treasuring the Orthodox saints of the west. He seems to make a favourable impression among some traditionalist monks I know....
