No it was on the Phone. I wont give out his name because I know he can probley get in trouble for it.
If you don't feel you can identify him, that's ok. However, what you say here ("I know he can probably get in trouble for it" - his views) should indicate that his opinion is not at all indicative of where his Church (ROAC) stands on the subject.

We have one priest in California who you can find at http://www.StSeraphimChurch.org and one priest that was defrocked but likes to claim he is still in ROAC, perhaps you were speaking to the defrocked priest?
