In the case of the Orthodox Christians who will be moving into their temple joined at the hip and nether regions with an evangelical congregation, the reason had less to do with theology than in the saving of their lucre. The property outside of this planned community is 1.5 to 2 times more expensive. Building inside the boundaries of the planned community saves this parish some money, but at what cost?
"You get what you pay for."
Lord, have mercy... this is a shame on the Orthodox Church in America.
