Russia war

Post by Barbara »

It's unbelievable that the US govt would even THINK OF transferring USD 5 BILLION of Russian assets to that outpost of is not real, the Ukrainian 'government' ! Not only does it not deserve one penny of any foreign funding, but it is short-lived.

ALL this money is going to the pockets of unscrupulous people in Ukraine and elsewhere who will escape ignominiously like "president" ghani of Afghanistan did on August 15, 2021 following the takeover of the IEA [Taliban]

What will happen when Russian soldiers arrive in Kyiv and assume power there ?

"Multiple news outlets, citing CBS News, reported that

President Trump is considering allocating new funding for Ukraine, potentially including seizing approximately $5 billion in frozen Russian assets.
According to these reports:

The funding might be used to send a message to Russia amidst ongoing drone and missile attacks on Ukraine.
Trump has access to $3.85 billion in leftover funding from the previous administration, which could be used to transfer military equipment to Ukraine.
Trump also has the authority to confiscate around $5 billion in frozen Russian assets and direct those funds to Ukraine."

Twitter post by a young Russian
[shows clips of a party at a swimming pool with partiers drinking, carousing] :

Welcome to "war torn" Ukraine...where the Russians are [supposedly] making it a living hell for the "brave" Ukrainians.

This is where your taxes go, for the rich to party, while the poor die in trenches.

Why would Zelensky stop the conflict when he and the globalists make billions off of it?

[another post]

"Just so you know Ukraine is the hub of --x and child trafficking in Europe.

It has been recorded heavily by not only Russian intelligence but multiple independent sources. There's no way Zelensky isn't tied to Epstein and his backers."

Lindsey Graham deserves his own thread for being the Chief Operating Officer of Is not real in the US Senate.
But for now I'll just put this here as it pertains to the war :

https://x.com/i/status/1944472897541800051

From Feb 2024 :

"The biggest warmonger in the US, Senator Lindsey Graham wants Russia to be declared a terrorist state by the USA due to Navalny's death."

Senate hearing June 2025 - Lindsey Graham will tell ANY lie in order to obtain his objective. That is whatever benefits Is not real - he makes up trash to deceive the American public and the world, just like his patron does regarding Iran.

The widely believed to be homosexual stated openly that he only ran for the US Senate in order to help Is not real ! Guess whose representatives [AIPAC or other] had a talk with him and persuaded him to run for office ?

Post by RT June 11 2025:

Lindsey :"Is Putin going to stop in Ukraine? He says he’s not… this is the ‘30s all over again’"

Sen. Lindsey Graham itching for war as usual

Sorry Lindsey, Vladimir Putin has literally never said this"

Russia News :

"The loudest voice pushing billions of EU taxpayer money into the US war machine for the Ukroscam?

None other than Germany’s Chancellor — a former BlackRock exec.

This was never about “democracy.” It’s about profit. Always has been"

Fast clip showing the Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz, with the worst case of butterfingers

Some smirked that the so-called leader is trying to persuade his fellow NATO members to attack Russia - but he can't even hold onto his dessert at a summer picnic for his Christian Democratic Union party !

Notice how he tries to pick up the confection as though it were gold - instead of leaving it for staff to clean up - then licks his chops like a 3 year old

Some say that the cake was shaped like the country of Germany - making the highly embarrassing fumble all the more symbolic

Russia News reports today an item surprising for me personally

"Zelensky imposes sanctions on Russian opposition journalist "Yulia Latynina," despite her well-known anti-Kremlin stance and classification as a "foreign agent" within Russia!

Even Putin's opponents are not safe from KIEV political calculations…"

That IS indeed ODD that the Kiev government would have done THAT

It was Yulia's [parents ? i don't know exactly the relationship but some sort of relatives] who rented their beautiful pre-revolutionary flat in Moscow near the Patriarch's Ponds area to foreign travellers when tourism was JUST opening up in Russia.

Image

The agency that made all the arrangements is long gone, but they found people all over Russia and Ukraine to rent out their flats on a short term basis to Western visitors.

I was one of the 1st, I think, to try out this Bed and Breakfast agency as I had a Volga River cruise to Astrakhan, which city I really wanted to see.
However, unbeknownst to its customers, the cruise line, based in Salt Lake City, was floundering. It went bankrupt soon after.
I did not lose anything, as the line had graciously given me a free ticket as a travel writer.

That left me with a ticket to Moscow, so i found this travel service who assigned me the Latynin family flat for my 1st trip there.

I never met the Latynin parents, as the travel service took care of everything.

But years later, I saw the analyst Paul Goble's column had many vehement anti-Putin quotations from one Yulia Latynina. I was pretty sure she was related somehow to the same family, as they would have been cosmopolitan or fairly pro-Western to have even signed up to be hosts of foreigners traveling in Russia

Remember at THAT time, mid-1990s, the Soviet Union was recent, thus much suspicion of the West may have lingered on.

Someday, I'll find out, I guess, whether she is a member of the same Latynin family.

Here is her picture hmmm, looks VERY LIBERAL...]

PS The family had agreed to provide a breakfast every day for my friend and me, but we never received even a slice of that healthy Russian rye bread...however that was fine because i had brought several suitcases of food so i didn't have to bother with that when there so much to see every single day in Moscow, plus outside to see Patriarch Nikon's New Jerusalem Monastery,

Image

Novgorod to see the historic
St Sophia Cathedral, where Patriarch Nikon was Archbishop before he reluctantly became Patriarch of All Russia

Image

and the awe-inspiring walls of the Novgorod Kremlin [this is exactly the view i saw]

Russia News :

"Russia launches massive naval drills across the Pacific, Arctic, Baltic & Caspian Seas

150+ warships, 120 aircraft & 15,000 troops in action — testing long-range strikes, anti-sub tactics & drone warfare.

A show of force on all fronts"

Good to hear - badly NEEDED to intimidate the would-be encroachers everywhere

Russia News : NATO Alliance actions resemble preparation for full-scale aggression

"Russia’s nuclear submarine power can COOL ANY HOT HEAD in the West

Key warnings from Nikolai Patrushev, Chairman of Russia’s Maritime Collegium:

– NATO is building military threats on Russia’s maritime borders—risks are rising.
– Alliance actions resemble preparations for full-scale aggression, including:
▪️ Increased Western warships & intel ops
▪️ Combat drills in the NE Atlantic, Greenland-Norwegian zone, Norway, Finland, Sweden
▪️ Heavier NATO presence in Poland, the Baltics & the Baltic Sea

– Russia is ready to decisively counter any NATO threats in the Baltic and Black Seas.

– "We don’t seek confrontation—but any test of our combat readiness will meet an immediate and harsh response."

– He accuses Britain of staging a provocation in the Baltic to derail Russia-U.S. negotiations and pressure Washington to maintain military aid to Ukraine.

– Patrushev adds: “Britain wouldn’t hesitate to stab the U.S. in the back—surely the White House knows what kind of ‘ally’ it has.”

Moscow’s message to NATO: Back off—or brace for consequences."
