Re: Tea Time - Share your favorite teas and bisquits

Joasia, I finally had a chance to look up David's Tea. I didn't like the company all that well from the things I read.

I follow my conscience. And thank you for expressing your view that I am "commendable". I now have that in writing. :) 

I guess now we realize that when you ...

Re: The truth about chemotherapy

I have had family that went through chemo. They just did it because it was the conventional way. But, there were two situations which I intervened. I posted about one tonight. My cousin who had cancer in 1994. I brought St. John's oil to him. He still had to have chemo and go through the surgery ...

Re: Say What?? - Orthodox Prayer and Buddhist Mindfulness

Anyway, learning about other religions is not necessary for our salvation.

Again, I will reiterate. It's not about saving our souls to know this information, it's about knowing how to introduce them to the Living Christ.

Indeed, it can become a distraction from God and a source of pride.

I ...

When an Orthodox Christian is praying Orthodox Prayers with the full intention to the best of his/her abilities of keeping one's thoughts focused on the Triune Godhead: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, on the Theotokos, and on the Holy Saints ...
