Is there any concern about radiation?

I'm almost certain I saw a video in Russian (it was translated for me) that said the whole area was kinda contaminated. Is this true?

Here's our icon not-so-corner. To make excuses for the limited size of it...We bought the house (our first) 6/7 months ago and planned on fixing it up more (repainting, new curtains and so on)before really setting up the icon corner we waited. Were Chruch Slavonic and Church Greek ever used as a vernacular language? If so that would make the issue of Liturgical Language v. Local moot

I do not think that English is very condusive as a liturgical language, it tends to be too coarse for me. I have heard the English service done beautifully, but I still consider English as a poor liturgical tongue.
