I don't understand pews, myself, and I'm OCA. Our parish doesn't have them, and I can't imagine it ever will. I'm not sure if it's just a cultural phenomenon, but I've been to an Antiochian Church, three Greek Churches, and two OCAs in my area, and the only ones with pews were Greek. I've also been to a ROCOR Church, which, naturally, didn't have pews, but had a few benches for old or infirm people. That's what they do at ours, too.

This is not my present parish but it is what I will always consider my home parish. It's the parish my parents were married and buried from. And also where my sister and I were baptsied and raised in. Therefore, it will always be HOME -

I will always consider Holy Trinity my home, even though it is now a Chapel used for Vespers during weekdays and Liturgy on Pentecost.
