We haven't had a way to mass-email all the members. So if there was someone on the Cafe you used to reach out to, just message them to invite them back on! The messaging system does work; mass-emailing on the server, not so much.
After the failed mass-email, I was too tired to figure out a solution; but if we reach out to the forum members individually, they should actually get the message!

Though it does seem the mass emailing worked, because I received a notification about the re-opening, so I assume at least some of the members received their notices.
Hopefully it will NEVER happen again, but if so, do let us know by mass emailing, if at all possible !
