The narrator is Daria, the lively daughter of opposition leader Alexei Anatolievich Navalny. She was then 17 and interviewed other seemingly articulate youth of her own age to get their reactions to Putin's Russia.
Her father is not a monarchist so not of immense interest to most of us here. Nor is there any sign of his being a sincere Orthodox Christian - according to that unreliable Wikipedia.
Notably, Navalny was educated at Yale, a red flag. As we know, Yale is the primary university breeding ground of SO MANY Illuminati- affiliated people.
