Is ROCOR-Trenton still canonical?

This forum is for polite discussions among the various True Orthodox Christians. Only confirmed members of TOC jurisdictions are permitted. I just found this site.

I do not know if it is official, but it has a lot of pictures of Archbishop Stephanos, and some of the music.
