I have started this thread to explore the Autonomous True Orthodox Metropolis of Italy and Western Europe objectively.

Any inflammatory accusations will be promptly moved over to the Intra-TOC Polemics Private Forum.

Please keep all your discussions in this thread focused only on the Autonomous True Orthodox Metropolis of Italy and Western Europe.

Archbishop Onofrio, the Metropolitan of Bergamo, left the Synod of Milan when it entered into communion with the MP.
He remains an Old Calendarist.

Per Father Roman, Archbishop Basil, a New Calendarist who was deposed by the Synod of Milan in 2006-2007, has entered into intercommunion with Archbishop Onofrio, who remains an Old Calendarist. Here is the Thomos of Intercommunion dated Feb. 2, 2014 between Archbishops Onofrio and Basil:

Since Archbishop Onofrio is now in intercommunion with Archbishop Basil, a New Calendarist, I have moved his church into the questionable category in the Listing of True Orthodox Churches.

Regarding the condemation of Vladyka Vasili (Basil) in 2006 I think is questionable - Vasily was againt the ordination of a homosexual Bishop in that years - anyway it is the true: as I Heard Vasily follow the civil calendar, than his "Church" is questionable - Regarding the intercommunion of Vladyka Onofrij I heard is finished. As I know next week Vladyka Volodymir try to meet Metropolitan Onofrij to know something regarding the ecclesiological and theological position of Onofrij (position regardin the nature of the Church, the ecumenism...etc.).

Dear brothers and sisters,
we still cannot understand why you insist on listing susch pseudo-orthodox fractions and self-granded autonomous, autocephalous (auto..what so ever) groups with the rest True orthodox Churches?!
Why you are interested in their history or ecclesiology when at the same time they don't baptise their faithful in the proper way (three immersions)

As you can see (click the link above) in the baptismal font, there is so little water and Onufrios doesn't bother if he gets his sleeves wet (he's also wearing a "water-resistant" clock.. such an irony).

And another tragic blaspheme, Onufrios all alone receives in communion another bishop through the prayers of forgiveness.
