A friend makes the video of one Liturgy in Saint Georges Church, Curitiba, Brazil, a Antiochian Church.

In this video, i see two girls helping in the liturgy, not inside the altar, but, bearing the flag of the Antiochian Patriarchate and the candle. And the two girls help the priest in comunion, with liturgical vestements.
This is allowed? Im a parishioner of ROCOR, and by 18 years i was a parishioner of one Antiochian Church, in São Paulo, and i never attended one thing like that.
And the second one, in this parish, is normal others boys helping in liturgic without liturgical vestements, this is allowed too?
