What to do about Islamic Expansion in US?

In the beginning of this country, the government and the people restricted immigration from only Christian Protestant countries. We have always restricted immigration and IT MUST BE DONE.

Ted Kennedy and another senator changed the immigration laws in 1968.

You have got to understand your enemy in this country. You must understand the Left. They want multiculturalism. They want immigration from all corners of the world. They are re-making the world to suit them and undermine the Christian culture and society of this country.

You must understand this dictum, "CULTURE DEFINES POLITICS". One of the things that define culture is Race and religion. By bringing in all these foreign influences, they are watering down the Christian presence. They are using it as a battering ram to shout down and shut down Chrisitans because we can not now have Christian prayer at public meetings and at school because we might offend the growing majority of muslims, atheists, buddhists and hinduists and animists from Africa.

By changing the culture and thereby the racial makeup of America, they are able to change the politics. Self-government is product of only the Western Europeans, especially the British. Only the Anglo-Saxons, the WASPS, had self government and can act in self government. None of these other people do or did especially the muslims.

Our country is in danger. We need to stop ALL immigration NOW!!!!

I agree that immigration must be restricted. Especially non-Christian immigration must be cut-off completely.

But we still need to dramatically increase the birthrate. A hundred years ago, 6 to 12 kids per family were the NORM. Now the birthrate is below replacement. Numbers matter. The Muslims obviously understand this. Why are we so dumb?

More children may not be THE answer, but its certainly one of the answers.

Our churches loose too many because of the lack of community within the church. New people do not want to convert for the same reason. We do not live in a Orthodox society or country, our churches need to provide the youth with not just spiritual food, but also a measure of social and communal food. Having children you cannot support is just asking for trouble, for truthfully where would you find the time you need to raise such a brood and the time to ensure they are feed, clothed and educated. In the society we live in it's impossible. Yes, I know, God will provide, but you still bear the responcibility of those children.

As I understand Orthodox teaching on marriage and reproduction, birth control is categorically condemned for young married couples, but how many couples are abiding by this. How many even think about it?

Children are a blessing from God. You seem to be saying children are a burden and NOT using birth control is foolish.

I followed the advice you're advocating and only had one. Now I look back and realize I made a mistake since a couple can never really "afford" children. My advice to any young couple is to have the more children than you think you can "afford" and you and God will provide for the necessities.

BTW, I know rich people who refuse to have any kids. They don't want to be bothered.

In my generation we were brainwashed with scare propaganda about over population and a lot of self-centered philosophy that advocated enjoying life and putting off a family until later. I now believe this is all satanic foolishness. The only excuse I have is that I wasn't a Christian then, but now as an Orthodox Christian, I couldn't abide by that kind of thinking. I tell my kid different: have your kids early in life. Have four or more. If you need money, I'll help the best I can. You can always have careers and make money later.

The fact is that if we allow this anti-child thinking to continue to infect the Church, we will essentially self-destruct and be overwhelmed by Muslims who don't subscribe to such unhealthy ideas.

Part of our problem is also that most people really have no idea what the Orthodox Church is. At best there seems to be only some vague notion that Orthodoxy somehow connected with the RCC or a Russian version of Catholicism and that's about it.

I think we can do a lot better at getting the word out. I would like to see a whole lot more internet presence besides a single half-hour internet radio program - Come See the LIght. We should have 24/7 Orthodox programming. Even the most obscure Protestant cult does a better job in this area.

Where are the Orthodox Bishops teaching about manual labor? Why are Orthodox children going immediately into College? because they and their parents hate manual labor. So we import mexicans to do our dirty work because we are tooooo good to stoop and dig.

No child should go to college until the age of 25. Let them serve our country as laborers and soldiers and sailors. Learn common sense instead of a love of money.

Where are the Orthodox?

The Orthodox is a loser church. The young do not know the faith, the churches are dying the people are dying. and the orthodox are clueless to what is going on around here. The Muslims are winning. They are victorious. They know how to win. Christians are just losers.

Immigration is wrong that jeopardizes the majority. Immigration is wrong when it disrupts the racial balance of any society. This immigration now, is not godly but ungodly. Immigration today and its philosophical basis comes from socialism and communism not from godly principles.

Wheeler is a protestant, cut off from the Truth, cut off from the Apostolic Tradition, and cut off from the Body of Christ. He is deserving of our sympathy.
