Stasya(it's Russian, not americanised), Nastya, Nastasya, Nusya, Nanya (not Manya - short for Maria)...
some greeks use Ana (single N)

:) as long as Ana not comes out like Anna :lol:
I should look into my prayer book... there'r a few Anastasiya's in every generation of my family :D
