I checked "none of the above" because I'm a mix of a few of the options. I can "read" Slavonic and Russian but comprehension of what I'm reading is another story...comprehension really depends on the difficulty of the text. I can also "speak" what I'm reading, but again, comprehension is a different story. I can write in Russian, but have never tried to write in Church Slavonic(I can't imagine that there would be much of a reason to?).
Also...if anyone might know...
I'm looking for an English/Slavonic prayer book where the Slavonic is written in contemporary Cyrillic letters...do these exist? I have an English Slavonic prayer book where the Slavonic is written in Slavonic letters...but modern Cyrillic is a little easier for me. Any suggestions? Thanks.
