It appears that wealthy foreign tourists arriving by business jet to Paris' Le Bourget airport now must send decoys on the road - perhaps cars with dummies in them - and sneak into the nearest Metro station to arrive safely at their fancy hotels or apartments in the upscale 16e arrondissement.
Another idea is for larger groups to separate into one's and two's and take public buses and arrange to meet at Notre-Dame Cathedral later that day to avoid being the victims of obviously well-organized attacks like occurred yesterday :
"Three Russian tourists were reportedly robbed by masked highwaymen in a Paris suburb, minutes after they arrived in the city of love. The thieves made off with a fortune in jewelry and designer clothes.
The wealthy Russians flew into Paris-Le Bourget Airport - a small airport serving the elite private jet-set - on Monday night. Skipping public transport, they hired a chauffeur-driven car into the city center. Unbeknownst to them, four hooded thugs were following.
As the Russians merged onto the A1 motorway, their car was violently rammed and forced to stop. The four French hoodlums, dressed in masks and gloves, stormed the vehicle and relieved the tourists of their cell phones and their luggage. ...Within the luggage was between €500,000 and €1 million worth of jewelry, handbags and designer clothes, at least according to the Russians themselves."

Correction to the article: Paris has long been called the City of Light, not the City of Love [ which sounds like Woodstock, hippies and the 1960s in America ].
I seem to remember flying into Le Bourget, north of Paris, as a student on a charter flight probably soon before commercial aviation was stopped to that airport. However, the road into town was quite safe in those days. No one could DREAM such a danger would lurk some decades later.
Perhaps there are gangs which have lookouts at Le Bourget to pass the word of wealthy foreign arrivals disembarking a Learjet or equivalent private aircraft. Otherwise, how would the bandits know to stop these Russians' car in particular out of the many on the road ? I doubt the attack was at all motivated by the nationality of the tourists ; it was surely their wealthy appearance which sent the alert to fellow pirates waiting along the highway.
At least the tourists in this incident were not harmed ; it could have been worse.
Nonetheless, where were their prayers to Archangel Michael and the Mother of God for protection that day ?
