Today, Dr. Susan Pierce Thompson, Ph.D. presented a webinar that might help thousands or millions of people. While she was a tenured professor, she taught the Psychology of Eating for 13 years.
Eliminating flour and sugar (sugar is eight times more addictive than cocaine) can not only help in losing weight, reversing diabetes, and controlling alcoholism, but also can help drug and porn addicts. There is a connection between lust, gluttony, intemperance, and greed as all are cravings.
Some alcoholic prevention centers are already using this information and have established rules or Bright Line Rules that prohibit the use of any alcohol, sugar, and flour on the program. Fasting permanently from all types of flour (all grain and legume flours) and all types of sugars (white sugar, brown sugar, organic cane sugar, beet sugar, agave, honey, maple, dates, raisins, stevia, apple sauce, fruit juice, sodas, artificial, and other natural sugars) will rewire the brain addiction center, so that a person can be set free from greed, sexual immorality, intemperance, and gluttony. Whole fruits are good for us, but processed fruits in the form of juices, apple sauce, and purees act like sugar in the body and give an immediate glucose spike.
Since just one violation of these dietary rules can cause a serious setback that may take six months or even a couple of years to bring back under control, we need to be aware of our friends and relatives and their struggles as offering them a cake on their birthday may tempt them in ways that we cannot image. We need to be open and kind with each other, and not be so quick to judge or label.
My personal note: Holy Communion is different as it has become the Body and Blood of Christ.
Registration for her online boot camp to learn and practice Bright Line Eating costs $997.
However, this registration fee includes more than $1200 worth of free bonuses plus the costs of the online boot camp.
So, it is well worth the cost.
This registration will close on Friday, September 30, 2016, with the boot camp beginning on Monday, October 3, 2016.
This is a lot of money, but of 100 people who attended the prior boot camps, 57 percent got to their stated goal weight, and 90 percent of those 57 percent have kept the weight off and are still thin years later. Dr. Susan does offer hope and relief from the continuing spiral of obesity and medical complications due to obesity and type 2 diabetes. This is the last boot camp of 2016.
Eating is an addiction, just as difficult, or even more difficult to overcome as sugar, alcohol, sex, and cocaine.
