Question: Is the point of all this to deny that a sin second nature exists
in us? Simply because Photios called it a heresy? That some heretical
elements exists in the fellow cited, such as that all the procedure
of reproduction is part of the evil new post fall nature, does not make
everything he says wrong.

There is a canon or an anathema, I forget which, that explicitly affirms
the presence of a sin inclination that needs cleansing in infants, as
the reason they are baptized.

That doesn't mean that the baptized infant doesn't repeat the fall
later, and proceed to all the evils of fallenness if raised wrong. But the
flight from RC originally was about only a few points, and has been
corrupted into a total rejection of things that you will find in ancient
pre schism writing in the East.

Justina,

Forgive me for my dullness of mind. Could you expand on what you're saying?

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)

Best wishes to Myrrh on his or her special Feast, the Sunday of the Myrrh-Bearers!

In honor of the occasion, I just drank a larger amount of my daily myrrh essential oil....good for your health, especially terrific for cleansing out the liver.
Anyone wishing to try it, I advise to take the Simplers brand, because it's organic. I am taking the non-organic Aura Cacia myrrh oil myself.
Remember way better than even a single visit to a doctor and having to stay in their office for even 5 minutes! There's terrible energy in these places, it's preferable to treat your own self where even remotely possible!

Congratulations, Myrrh, again. I just now read Justina's comment which interests me.
