Was there ever a Georgian True Orthodox Church?

I've never heard of anybody mentioning them so do they even exist? I'm curious.

There are TOC bishops in Georgia. I do not know if there is a TOC synod organized within the boundaries of the nation.

I just checked again for a Georgian TOC, one of the first results that was talking about it was HOCNA though I don't remember HOCNA being in communion outside the Makarios synod.
