Excommunicated Old Calendarist "Monk" vandalizes Holocaust memorial

Has anybody heard of this man? he was caught vandalizing a holocaust memorial while cursing the Jews. I'll give a link to the article. I found a video of him doing this terrible thing.

Lord have mercy on him, he should have known better and respected other peoples beliefs.

I wonder what synod he belonged to before he was excommunicated? though I guess it's clear he was never a monk or a priest. Is it really that easy to get an Orthodox monk garment? if so we should all look out for these pseudo monks and priests.
