I ask your prayers for an Orthodox husband to be sent my way.

With all due respect, the sentence above should be the end of your request.

God will send you what He thinks is best for you. Don't put conditions on God's gifts.

Thank God for unanswered prayers....in his wisdom he knows better....

Don't dispair of finding someone....I did even if I did wait a very long time. Remeber everything in God's time, not ours.

Thanks. Just curious...how long DID you wait? Man, is my biological clock ticking...but there's always the adoption option. As far as I'm concerned, the more kids, the better!

Dear Theodora:

I was 36 when I married. So, there is still hope.

My priest told me that I would probably marry a guy who converted - and he did. He was baptized and confirmed just one month before our marriage. It is good not to be unevenly yoked.

I will pray for you.

Love in Christ,
Maria

Never give up hope!

My mother was 35 when she got married. My father was 39. Infact, my mother was 42 when she gave birth to my sister. As long as we pray and do His will, God will take care of us. :)
