By the way, who is Nicholas Luhoş?
Bp. Nicholas Iuhos is a synod of one in Ohio claiming the True Orthodox Church in America (tocamerica.org). He is a jurisdiction hopper extraordinaire and has now found an acceptable jurisdiction: himself.
He began as a Romanian patriarchate priest in Romania during communism, then around 1984 he defected and joined ROCOR where he held prominent positions including as head of their Jerusalem mission. In 1993 Met. Vitaly moved to make him a bishop, but other bishops opposed it and shut down the nomination. He then joined the OCA, where he again held prominent positions including as the head of the OCA Representation Church in Moscow (around 2000). Then things really get crazy.
In 2009 he joined HOCNA.
In 2010 he left HOCNA and joined ROCOR-D where Met. Damascenos made him the bishop of Cincinnati.
In 2012 he left ROCOR-D and entered the made up jurisdiction of the Russian True-Orthodox Church under Metropolitan Alexey (Bondarenko) of Moscow (the one who lives in Minnesota)
In 2013 he joined Met. Onoufrie who immediately gave him a Tomos of Autonomy (how you can do that for a "synod of one" is beyond me.
