I have looked in the internet for the diary, but could only find "excerpts".

Is there a complete edition?

If you are referring to My Life in Christ, by Saint John of Kronstadt, that is available for purchase from a number of Orthodox Booksellers.

thank you for the links and for your friendly offer.
I am aware of "My life in Crist" and have a copy (in german).
But this is not the complete diary as far as I know: "My life in Christ" is compiled from the original diary, see your link:

So my question remains:
Has there been a publication of the complete diary?

Sorry for misunderstanding your question. My Life in Christ was compiled and submitted for publishing by Saint John himself, so if he did not himself release the full text of his notes, then it is unlikely that they have been published.

  I have an old hardback edition of St. John's diary, [i]My Life in Christ,[/i] which was published in English translation by the St. Job of Pochaev Press at Jordanville, New York.

 I recently discovered a Kindle eBook edition of [i]My Life in Christ [/i] at Amazon.com which I was able to download to my Kindle reader for $0.99.  The Kindle edition is not indexed, but is well worth 99 cents for those of us with poor vision who prefer large print!
