I apologize for the mass email but wanted to bring everyone's
attention to the fact that this important work on the practice of
baptizing converts to Orthodoxy has appeared online:

This is good because it had fallen out of print. To those of you who
are Old Calendarists, be careful when referring people to this site;
while it has several good articles, it also contains the infamous
"critique" by Fr Basil against the Old Calendarists, which is full of
so many inaccuracies.
