Two DVD set of Lectures of Metropolitan Vitaly (Oustinov)

Post by Priest Siluan »

Dear Brethren!

We are very pleased to announce a new DVD!

During his semi-annual visits to the western part of the Canadian
diocese, Metropolitan Vitaly (Oustinov), First Hierarch of the
Russian Orthodox Church Abroad, would give lectures for the benefit
of those assembled. These impromptu homilies were conducted entirely
in the English language. They are full of the warmth and wisdom of a
revered and respected hierarch of the Church, who laboured over sixty
years in pastoral service to the flock of Christ.

This two-disc set offers a perfect opportunity to treasure and hand
down to a new generation Metropolitan Vitaly's spiritual legacy which
spanned more than half of the 20th century.

Recorded in the years 1996 and 1998, at Saint Vladimir's Russian
Orthodox Church, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Those who knew Vladika Vitaly personally or never had the opportunity
to meet him will find this DVD an inspiring insight into the depth,
warmth and humour of this great Hierarch. No matter what one's
opinion in church affairs, you will reap great benefits from this
DVD. The lectures are concerned only with spiritual life and the
practical application of the Gospel in our lives.
