Re: Are males the weaker sex?

If you think it was not a general comment on the way women use their hearts over their heads then delete it. If you think it is somehow deficient to trust people by nature who appear to be your friend, I guess it's slander. I would take it as a compliment because I have to think the most evil though...

Re: Are males the weaker sex?

Maria, I really strongly advise that you don't just absorb this information without asking a few questions about the source. Is it scientific because it has the word 'science' in it? So they say boys are more susceptible to autism eh? I guess they need some deterministic explanation like genetics fo...

Re: Are males the weaker sex?

Exactly, Joasia. I like the way you think, you never leave theology out of anything. I have read a father who said that God foresaw the fall of man and accounted for the fallen condition in the design of the body, but I can't remember who said it. I will have a look around, it was along the lines of...

Re: A complete listing: True/Traditional Orthodox Christians

Not saying anything specifically about anyone at all, but logic dictates we must assume the following to be true: 1, Every forum on the internet that discusses any subject of any importance whatsoever already has at least two members who are spies. 2, At least one of those member/spies will be a Mod...

Re: Our Sun is active as we are in a Solar Maximum

That's an interesting observation, I'll get back to that. Here is another video I found that you might like: In a response to Stephen Hawking’s recent paper on the non-existence of black holes, LPP Chief Scientist Eric Lerner explains in this video how Einstein proved in 1939 that his general relati...

Re: Our Sun is active as we are in a Solar Maximum

Solar physicists around the world today are wondering: has the Sun fallen silent? In 2013, the Sun began the peak phase of its 11-year sun spot cycle called the Solar Maximum when sun spot production should be at its highest. However, the lack of sun spot activity has left solar physicists startled...

Re: an icon as an avatar?

I don't think of it as representing me, it's just a picture I like, a Georgian Archangel Gabriel. 'Avatar' did originally mean a graphical representation of the user, but the term was first used in the 80's for video games and later for internet forums and while the word stuck, it's purpose is no lo...
