I guess being post papal, I don't have a reaction to a wannabe pope. The man is pitiful and teaches heresy. Personally, I would be ashamed if I were a Georgian.

I think what helps keep people civil with immodesty is the realization that even if you can see, you don't necessarily have the right to touch. Yes, this makes the conversation an exercise in succumbing to the times, but even from an Orthodox perspective, just because you covet doesn't mean you can ...

Moreover, our modern reality presents most women not as nuns, old women and children, but women with the same mores as men. But it is good that the Church presents us with a means of modesty and a model for right living.

Men will be men and women will be women. Modesty and honor are rare commodities these days, but the more steps we take to make them reality, the less we have to worry about.

As a man I like both. As an Orthodox Christian, it seems to me modesty is best reflected by something which covers more of the body.

Indeed, pews are should be there for the aged and infirm and that is what I have indicated, but NOT up to the kliros. Around the perimeter of the church with "some" chairs as necessary. As far as "crying rooms being a bad idea", in reality a crying, loud, disruptive child is best...
