Fr Mikhail Baleka's a YouTuber/Instagrammer of Russian descent, but a Protestant convert background. He was made a priest fairly quickly (like two years after his conversion IIRC).

I should mention, since it comes up quite regularly, that Fr. Nathanael was tonsured a monk long ago and, yes, he is in ROCOR-MP and his bishop does know what he is doing. The sole camera angle focuses on the area between the orlets and the iconostasis, which people tend to naturally stand behind. I don't think I'd say the Church is empty without seeing all angles; it's really big.
